Privacy Policy for PSC SEARCH

In this policy you can read how we process your personal data when you are a Candidate in connection with a job assignment process handled by PSC SEARCH or when you have asked to be included in our database in order to become qualified for a future new job.
By forwarding your personal information/CV to PSC Search you agree to your personal data being used and disclosed as set out in this Policy.

The personal information we collect:

Re. Candidates:
We process the following, so-called general data about you, received from you or found on social media such as LinkedIn. We do not collect information about you via Facebook.

  • Name
  • Work place
  • Job position
  • Address
  • Contact information including telephone number (if submitted) and email address
  • CV and other relevant documents
  • Your job reference persons and their contact information (name, telephone number and email)
  • Possible notes from conversations with job reference persons (who will only be contacted by us with your consent)

Re. Reference Persons:
We process the following general information about you received by us from candidates or from you:

  • Contact information (name, telephone number, email)
  • Possible notes from conversations with you as reference person

How we use personal information:

PSC SEARCH use your data and CV in connection with an assignment/recruitment process and your CV and personal data may be passed on to a PSC SEARCH Client, see below.
If you upload your data and CV to PSC SEARCH you accept that we use this information to match you against current or future job openings assigned to PSC SEARCH from a Client. You also accept that we might pass on your personal information to a Client, but always only after your pre-approval.
As part of the recruitment process you may accept that we will contact reference persons approved and appointed by you.

Keeping information secure:

We do our utmost to protect your personal information, from loss, misuse, un-authorized access, modification or disclosure. However, no internet-based site can be 100% secure and thus, we cannot be held responsible for un-authorized or unintended access that is beyond our control.

Keeping your records and erasure of Data:

We keep your CV and data for minimum period of 6 month and a maximum period of 2 years. After 2 years you CV and data will either be erased from our database or you will be contacted to see, if you want PSC SEARCH to keep your data for another one year period.
Where your information is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of in a secure manner and, where required by applicable law we will notify you when such information has been disposed of.

Your rights:

Your rights are the following:

  • Access (to your personal data): You have the right of access to the personal data about you, processed by us as well as some additional data.
  • Correction: You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete personal data about yourself corrected.
  • Erasure of your data: You have the right to deletion of your personal information before the point of time of our general procedure of erasure.
  • Stop of the data processing: Under certain circumstances you have the right to limit the processing of your personal information.
  • Right of objection: Under certain circumstances you are entitled to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data.
  • Withdrawal of consent: You have the right anytime of partial or entire withdrawal of your consent to PSC SEARCH processing. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the legality of the processing performed by PSC SEARCH before your withdrawal of your consent. Therefore, it only has effect from the point of time for your withdrawal.
