Candidates are the most important factor for the success of a recruitment process and critical for a successful final placement of the right candidate.
As candidate you will be treated with respect and integrity. You will be informed about every step of the way with clear timelines, and you will have an honest feedback. You can be assured that all contact will be treated confidentially and your candidacy will not be announced to the Client before you have accepted.
PSC will also be your consultant during the process and – if needed – try to give guidance to the best approach to the final meetings with the Client and salary negotiations.
After an employment contract is finalized, PSC will follow up and give support at the job start and after 3 and 12 month in the job.
